KICK THE DUST UP BARN DANCE AND COUNTY TAILGATE PARTY

Kick the Dust Up fundraiser for the Tennessee Mountain Laurel Festival was held on

October 8, 2016 at the Monroe Barn. The event was a huge success with guests

playing corn hole, bidding on Silent Auction items, ordering Parklane jewelry,

and visiting the wine tasting tent with wines bottled by Gil and Marta Monroe.

During the dinner hour guests enjoyed the lively bluegrass music provided by

the Tim Coffey band with sound set up by Lone Mountain Sound.

A delicious smoked pork and chicken dinner prepared by John Boy’s BBQ was

served; and following dinner, guests danced and enjoyed the music provided by

DJ Mark Keck. Thank you also to Schubert Funeral Home for providing tents to

house the Silent Auction and Wine tasting booths. Thank You Very Much to all our volunteers!
